We have become cut off from Mother Nature.

When we live outwith the laws we become sick.

The laws just are. Gravity, aerodynamics, attraction, it is just the way it is.

Nothing personal, we can choose to live within them or without them.



When we pay attention to our intuition we will be guided to the right thing for us.













We are made up of trillions of cells.

They contain information about everything in our lives. They hold memories from the past, our habits, our learning and also our pain and limitation.

We literally can be held back by ourcells.

When we live within the laws of Mother Nature our cells expand and relax because that is the way it was designed.

We have certain needs on an energetic level and if they are not met we get sick. This is a slow insiduous process but it happens and your body will be communicating it to you, but you may not be listening.



Do your cells a favour and hang out with the first lady. Mother Nature.



When we live in a state of trust and nature our cells expand, relax and allow miracles to happen.

When we live outside the laws in fear, mistrust and artificial everything, the cells contract and tighten. This is where suffering lives. Problems abide. Emotional instability thrives.



When we understand that we can live from one of two places life becomes easier. Love and Fear. Judgement or acceptance, light or dark, good or bad. Whatever words you choose to use, its the same thing. You either like it or you don't.

These are your choices, which are you choosing? You are choosing you just may not realise it, I certainly never.

I felt like a victim a huge chunk of my life. When I realised that I could change, it was the most empowering thing I ever did. It is not always easy, I still dip into old fashioned thinking, but I am aware now when I do it and I jump back out, fast. Worry and negativity never help. Ever. And they destroy your body over time.



Letting go has been the tool for me, there are various ways to do it, I teach 4.

Then you take the mind to what you would love, limitation is not allowed there. This is when it truly begins to get fun. You can play in your imagination with no one to give their "opinion" or "point of view"

Always be aware of how you allow others to affect your cells :) They can stop you in your tracks if you are not careful.
