Our body is a genius, genius communication system.
It receives and transmits energy all day long.
We ignore it, usually.
Why?
Because we do not speak the language. We do not understand the language.
We feel a bit tired. This is the body telling you something needs to change.
Us - red bull, coffee or go to the gym.
Or just tell everyone including ourselves how tired we are.
I am knackered.
This is an affirmation.
What is an affirmatio?
It is something you affirm that you want in your life. And as the body is listening to us, we get more of the same. Especially when we say it with feeling, and we repeat it over and over.
Then maybe we get really, really tired because we continue to ignore what the body is telling us.
Then we go to the doctor.
Then we get anti depressants or a label that confirms how tired we are. "Chronic Fatigue" or the like.
I am not in any shape or form making fun of chronic fatigue because I had it myself and it took years out my life, and I was depressed that entire time.
But it does not come overnight. You get warning signs for months and maybe even years, but we do not listen. Our immune systems do not go down overnight, we wear it down and usually over years.
So let's rethink this.
We feel a bit tired. Lets look at some background info.
Why?
Have you been outside recently?
We need fresh air.
Have you eaten any live food?
We need live food. You can get away with it for a while, but eventually your body will slow down and maybe stop.
Have you been feeling happy, loving and loved?
We need to be loving. Then we feel love. Love is essential.
Have you been sleeping well?
We need adequate, well timed sleep or this affects our restoration.
Has something traumatic happened in the last few years?
Do you need to make changes in your life but keep procrastinating?
Not making the right decisions and trying to figure everything out is very stressful for the body. Get inside, feel whats right, then decide.
Are any of your relationships toxic?
If you are stressed in any relationships, at work, at home, in your family or friends, get it sorted, this holds energy in your body that depresses your immune system. Sort them out and forgive, them or yourself.
Are you in the right job for you?
Feeling miserable at your job is crazy. Look for a new one.
Is there something you are yearning for?
When you feel lack, you stress the body. You need to release on the "thing" and believe it is already here.
Are there any other symptoms ie skin rash, thirst, nightmares, other maybe seemingly mild disturbances?
Sometimes is can be as simple as dehydration, or being a bit acidic. A few juices, a bit of love, a few good nights sleep and some releasing and letting go and you will be back on full power.
Like any relationship, good communication is the key. Listen before things get out of hand.
Prevention is better than cure and your doctor will never ask you these questions because he does not have time.
Modern medicine ignores the fact that we are emotional, sentient beings who store information, good and bad. We have moved away from Nature and have cut ourselves of from natural power sources like the Sun and the Earth.
We are disconnected and perhaps ungrateful.
And your body knows this and will complain right back at you!
