Concepts and labels.
When I returned to Sedona to attend the 9 day retreat the entire time was spent releasing concepts and labels. Until that time I had no idea how conditioned I was and how I measured others and myself by the concepts and labels. When I moved to Malta the first 2 questions almost everyone asked were 1. What do you do? 2. How old are you? On my return to the UK I would often here eligible men and women referred to by their job title and salary. I found myself bored by this but also wondering how the hell do they know what these people earn. I was brought up in a scheme where even the houses were built for job titles. There were ones for teachers, police, nurses, engineers, this all seemed normal to me as I knew nothing else. But the big advantage of being brought up in the country was that you get to know people despite their salary and title. They go to the same restaurants and schools in the main, and you saw them out of uniform and in the pub. So the titles fall away and you only see the person. At least that's how it worked for me. There was 8 of us in our house so my mum never went to church. But she did make huge pots of soup and shared them with the neighbours. She looked after everyone in the scheme no matter what their labels were and I especially remember the wee woman with alcohol problems across the road, she took her soup and food until the day she died. My dad was also a big socialist and labour man although we argued endlessly about that later, his mantra was "treat everyone the same". He explained to me about the Law of unintended consequences. You put in a system to help the needy and it gets abused by people who don't. So I suppose I was lucky, being brought up to share, to treat others as you would like to be treated yourself no matter what the labels were and whether the concept of these people caused judgement from others. We are one, we are equal, that is what we got told, that is what we saw.
So are you a better person if you have a fancy title, great car, watch, shoes, salary?
It is so interesting now because as our understanding of the energetic nature of the Universe expands, the best thing that you can do for yourself, your family, your country and our Planet is to vibrate love.
What you wear or earn does not help this. Of course it is helpful to have no financial strain and if you want to be rich then that's fab too.
But this is not the point. The point is are you happy? Do you vibrate love? Unconditionally?
Our hearts are powerful transmitters and they give off a magnetic field that is affected by our limiting beliefs and subconscious programmes. As we go through life and collect more hurts our heart field gets affected as does our immune system.
The best thing for our hearts is to let go of all of that stress. To keep out focus on love and our interconnectedness. When our hearts all start to beam love in unison we can change everything on this planet. We need to do it together.
So lets stop looking at salarys and watches and ask ourselves and we happy, truly following our path?
Can we help others to feel happier right now, tomorrow and so on?
Can we love unconditionally and drop all concepts and labels?
This my friends is the challenge, staying in love.
And as Carolyn Myss says, there is nothing worse than a vengeful vegetarian.
Because John Lennon was right
Love is all you need.
It's not what we do, it's what we vibrate and what we intend.
Intend to love, everyone and everything, then watch the magic.
