The last saturday night of Lent. It is easy to stay in here in Argyll, there is no social life anyway. Totally different ball game in Malta where is is mission impossible to walk past bustling bars and music and great atmosphere on your way home.
Not drinking, not eating out, not being tempted to the fun side is easy here. I am happy hanging out with my family especially my grandchildren and using this time wisely to super charge my health.
I watch so much more tv here too. I try to make it learning and valuable but the truth is I can end up watching crap too, which is another thing I do not really enjoy. My time is ticking on this planet and I want to experience everything I can of value before I head up to Heaven. :)
The raw food is easy. The only thing is its cold inside an out, but apart from that it works really well for me. I have been having fun experimenting and making up my own recipes too.
The other thing that is funny is last week my cheating amounted to some crisps and a few chips, this week it was sneaking some pineapple and a pear lol. Because I am cutting out fruit sugar too, its more of a challenge being raw as clearly that is one of the obvious things to snack on and helps to flavour your juices and dressings.
I feel fab, but there is defo an underlying tiredness comes over me still. It is not unpleasant and as I can sleep when I want it is not a hassle. Most people I know are suffering from low energy too. And as I tell all my clients, we need to remember we are part of something much larger and we are living in a time of change, so just let go of trying to figure it all out and allow the body to do what it needs to do.......change, expand, evolve, adjust and heal.
Moving out of judgement, moving into faith, surrender, patience and acceptance all allow us to go into the healing state. This is what the body loves...... I am healing, I am healing
