IF YOU DO NOT WANT IT DO NOT SAY IT!
I AM is a very powerful statement. An affirmation.
But most of us are using it negatively.
I AM knackered
I AM tired
I AM a worrier
I AM useless at ???
I AM skint/broke
Our cells are vibratiing transmitters and transceivers that listen and give signals.
Our body is listening to the frequencies, the vibration of everything we think say and do.
Its probably a habit, a story you tell about yourcellf without really understanding what you are really doing.
Turn these negative affirmations into a question,
How does it get better than this?
What can I create from here?
Try it, see how it feels, then remember to do it :)
